The Pediatric MS Center of the Jacobs Neurological Institute of the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, is one of six Pediatric MS Centers of Excellence™ in the United States designated by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. We take a multidisciplinary approach to providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents with demyelinating conditions including: multiple sclerosis (MS), acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), optic neuritis, transverse myelitis and neuromyelitis optica (Devic’s disease). Services offered range from initial consultation and diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation. Our team of dedicated specialists is working to improve the lives of children and adolescents with demyelinating conditions and is world-renowned for its advances in research.

We are located in a beautifully renovated wing at Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, NY - about a 15 minute drive from the Buffalo, Niagara Airport.
